How to get rid of husband?
does anyone have any good ideas?
it pretty much comes down to this….
he cant keep a job…but he has one…well, two actually, but i have three…the job doesnt pay well and he only works around four days a week, they’re about to lay him off…
one of my friends informed me that before we got married and we were looking at a house together, he had told her that he loved me, but he would have to put up with my kids (i have four children one 18, 16, 14, 9)
he’s constatly on the computer, "looking for a job", but today when i looked at the websites that he has been looking for, i didnt see any job search sites, only porn sites.
when i confronted him about it, he didnt deny it…he said he did it because i dont have sex with him (which i dont, hes overweight, hairy, and very unattractive)
i dont want my children around him anymore, nor myself either…i dont know what i was thinking when i married this man, but i can tell that his true colors have come out…i want him to move out
the house is in both of our names….he’s paying it right at the moment, but if he left the house, i could pay it. its just the part of getting him out of the house thats the problem. he said he wont leave, and it would be hard to find a place for me and all my children to stay at such short notice, and have to have them switch schools again so soon.
he can easily go to his parents house since they go to las vegas for the winter…
what can i do?
you’re kind of at a standstill. if the house is in both names, you’re both entitled to live there so you can’t force him out by calling the cops or anything. if you leave, he can get you in the divorce for abandonment and you’ll have to pay alimony plus buy out his share of the house. i say make his life as miserable as possible.
when you buy groceries only buy what you and the kids want. put locks on the cabinets that he can’t get into. unplug the cable cord to the internet everytime you leave the house and take it with you so he can’t get on the internet. make sure all your money is where he can’t touch it. either a separate bank account or locked up somewhere that he can’t access it. turn off the water heater without him knowing it) and only turn it on about 30 mins to an hour before you and the kids take a bath so his shower will be cold. disconnect any land line phones before you leave and take those with you as well. if you have cell phones in your name, have his disconnected. if he sleeps at times when you and the kids are up, make as much noise as possible. start sleeping in another room. completely stop talking to him. therre are a ton of things you can do but without knowing your situation, these are just a few i could come up with. basically, try to make life as hard as possible on him so that he will not want to live there. then when he leaves you can get him for abandonment. you can justify turning off the internet - he wasnt’ looking for a job just porn. you can justify the water heater - you were trying to save money. not your fault he waited late to take a shower. making noise - well he should have been working instead of sleeping. cell phone - just another expense you can’t afford. food - on your pay you could only afford enough food for you and the kids. he’s grown he should be able to fend for himself. take some shrimp and stuff in the curtain rods in the room he sleeps in. they’ll start stinking to high heaven and he won’t be able to find out the cause of the smell. of you and the kids may have to put up with this too but it will be worth it if he ends up leaving.

oil up the bath tub really good (baby oil) even the handles and shower curtain (or shower door). he will slip and fall and hurt himself (maybe fatally) then when the cops ask what happened just tell them you must have forgotten to clean the tub after you had a bath with baby oil in it. *are you finished laughing?*
you married the man, from your description I don’t see what the problem is besides him being fat and hairy. I’m pretty sure that didn’t happen over night, unless you spent all of your courtship drunk off your ***. If you want out leave. Be a big girl, find an apt and leave.

WRONG, the police will not put him out, your husband is legally entitled to be within his home address. (Matromonial Homes Act).
Definately go and see a lawyer, they will advice and guide you.
If you have a joint account, make sure he doesn’t empty it and leave you penniless.
